I suppose that not everybody can understand the economical situation in the world nowadays. For the first on the stage comes USA and its development. For the nearest events we can analyze Katrina hurricaine and see the changes in the oil prices and at the same time analyze the difficult situation in Russian Federation. On one hand Russia should be getting reacher and reacher with every single day, but we certainly can see the arising of the oil prices all over the biggest country in the world. It seems like Russian government system still cannot cope with the bureaucracy barriers. The budget managment system cannot satisfy all the parts of the population. The exporting system system is developed pretty well. But it's absolutely obvious that there is not enough oil reproducing plants which can produce high-quality products like for example machine oil.
Thus overall, we should look at the development of the global ecenomics as a cycle. The dominant role will be transient and it will come over from one country to another. Later we will analyze the future role of China on the world's stage.
